Step 2 – Payment:
Upon completion of the Listing Information Form, you will be prompted to make payment. There are 2 options for payment (credit card or check). There is a $12 convenience charge for processing a credit card payment. If you need to make payment at a later time, you can locate the payment page here: Make A Payment

Note: We do not begin building listings until payment has been received. Your listing will be active in the MLS within 48 hours of all documentation and payment being received. This payment shall be non-refundable as we begin building your listing immediately upon receipt.
Step 3 – Photos:
Photos may be uploaded using our online file upload page. Upload Photos Now
Step 4 – Complete a Seller’s Property Disclosure:
Upon completion of the online property information form, you will be sent a Seller’s Property Disclosure in the confirmation email. This form is required to be completed and returned prior to your listing going live in the MLS.
After completing these 4 steps, the Listing Agreement will be sent for electronic signature and instructions for picking up a sign and lock box will be provided.
